What are you looking forward to the most as the PBA Coordinator?
I am genuinely excited to collaborate with everyone involved in the program. Building strong, meaningful relationships with the members is something I truly value, and I am committed to providing them with the highest level of assistance as they run their business. My goal is to not only meet their needs but to exceed their expectations, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their PBA Workers Compensation Program. I look forward to being a trusted resource and advocate for each member.
How did you get into insurance?
I graduated from IUP with a communications major focused on media marketing. While searching for the right opportunity in that field, I gained valuable experience working with a local agent. Shortly after, I found an exciting opportunity with McConkey, and I’ve been thriving in my career ever since.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me relax and recharge. I love golfing, and I’m an avid hockey fan, especially when it comes to cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins. In the warmer months, I find great joy in unwinding by the pool and spending quality time at my family’s cabin.

Nate will serve as the primary point of contact for anyone interested in learning more about the PBA Workers’ Compensation Program. He will act as the central liaison between the PBA, local executive officers, members, Eastern Alliance, and their network of insurance agents, ensuring seamless communication and support. Nate’s role is to provide the information you need to facilitate your connection with the right resources and experts as we continue to grow the PBA Workers Compensation Program.
